    Coaching is focused on helping you achieve your future goals, while psychotherapy focuses on healing you from the past.
  • What Can a Client Expect?
    I virtually work with clients from all over the United States by video or phone and look forward to working with professionals interested in an exciting new journey. If you want positive results on your job seeking journey then you must be willing to make a serious commitment to our sessions but also make the investment in your future by taking the necessary time outside of the sessions to develop your portfolio and make those all important networking connections and calls.
  • Do I find jobs for clients?
    No. Together we work to devise a custom plan to develop your skills and networking strategies that can be utilized for any job seeking activities or specific outcomes in your life.
  • What if I don't know what I want to do?
    I am professionally trained to help you determine your personal as well as your professional goals and transitions. We will get to the heart of your needs and what is most important in your life so you can find clarity and accomplish those desires.
  • How long is a coaching relationship?
    Everybody's journey is different based on their goals however, coaching is not intended to be a long term relationship. We will establish an action plan with a timeline based on your targets and foster accountability measures so you see increased productivity.

    Weekly, I attend various events that put me in touch with top recruiters, media experts and talented coaches along with staying current on relevant literature in the field which will strengthen your job seeking skills.
